Although I don't have a lot of time to cook and bake right now, I am always on the lookout for good grain-free and sugar-free recipes. Here are some good websites that I've found and I'm anxious to try a lot of these delicious looking ideas.
I'm surprised that a lot of the grain-free recipes that I look at are gluten-free but contain flours and sugars that we are trying to avoid, so I will post more as I find other good sites and recipes that limit the grain and sugar exposure.
Wheat Belly, Keto, Paleo.....these are all quite similar. All are grain and sugar-free, and all have their benefits. I have found Wheat Belly and Keto to be compatible and the most beneficial to me.

The main difference between WB/Keto and Paleo is dairy. Following the Paleo lifestyle eliminates dairy from your diet. I don't have a problem with dairy, but I do limit it in my diet. I eat only whole dairy products (no low-fat or processed) as I still feel like it provides some good nutrients and variety in our diet.
I have noticed that a lot of the Paleo recipes contain flours and sugars (agave, honey, maple syrup) that we are avoiding, but if you're not trying to lose weight then there are some good ones to try.
